The EUt+ Incubation Program is a transformative initiative designed to nurture creativity, entrepreneurial skills, and innovation. This program offers a structured platform for participants to bring their ideas to life through expert guidance, hands-on learning, and collaboration across the EUt+ network.

Participants gain access to a wealth of resources and mentorship from experienced academics and industry professionals, fostering a rich environment for idea development. With a focus on actionable outcomes and real-world impact, this program is an ideal opportunity for students, researchers, solopreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs to embark on a journey of growth and discovery.

You can join either as a team (with a maximum of 5 members) or individually.

Key Steps and Dates to Remember

1. Register Now! 2. Masterclasses
  • When: February – March 2025
  • Where: Online
  • Participate in 9 Masterclasses, each led by a different EUt+ academic and industry expert to transform your idea into a winning start-up.
3. EUt+ Boost Event (online) & Local Competition
  • When: April – May 2025
  • Where: Your local EUt+ campus & Online
  • The EUt+ Boost Event (held online) will feature presentations from all 27 participating teams, who will pitch their ideas to the other EUt+ teams and mentors for feedback and improvement before the local competitions take place.
  • Compete with other teams locally for a chance to represent your university at the EUt+ Incubation Program Finals in Darmstadt.
4. EUt+ Incubation Program Finals
  • When: June 2025
  • Where: Darmstadt, Germany
  • Present your project to industry leaders. Compete against the best teams from EUt+ campuses!
5. EUt+ Start-up Lab
  • When: Ongoing support after the program ends
  • Collaborate with mentors, refine your ideas, and access resources to develop market-ready products.
