Students from Universitatea Tehnică din Cluj-Napoca (UTCN) and Riga Technical University (RTU) joined an interactive classroom discussion today with students of the Creative Digital Media course in TU Dublin. The students talked about their shared European identity and their hopes for connecting with their student colleagues in EUt+ partners across Europe.
This session was organised as part of a student assignment developed using universal design principles by Margaret Kinsella, a lecturer in Informatics at TU Dublin. The project will see students creating postcards to express the feelings and perceptions they have about being European and connecting with others across the continent.
The event was also an opportunity for students from UTCN and RTU to share experiences and advice from their student journey. There was also a good discussion about future possibilities for mobility and shared international experiences as these TU Dublin students begin their first year of study.
