EUTINN -European University of Technology Institute of Nanomaterials and Nanotechnologies

The European University of Technology Institute of Nanomaterials and Nanotechnologies, EUTINN aims at bringing together the 8 partners of the EUt+ working on the topics of nanomaterials and nanotechnologies. This Institute gathers the expertise and know-hows of the 8 partners but also to gather the different ways of working and approaching issues and applications in the field of nanosciences and nanotechnologies.

Six research themes have been identified within EUTINN organised within work packages:
  • Research stream 1-RS1: Nanomaterials
  • Research stream 2-RS2: Nanotechnologies and sensors
  • Research stream 3-RS3: Nanotechnologies for communication and information technologies
  • Research stream 4-RS4: Nanotechnologies for energy applications
  • Research stream 5-RS5: Nanomedicine & nanobiology
  • Research stream 6-RS6: Nanomaterials & nanotechnologies: toxicology, pollution, food and agriculture

Within these 6 work packages, EUTINN wants to address the question ‘think human first… using nanos’.

Within the EUt+ Institute of Nanomaterials and Nanotechnologies, research projects/internships are proposed to favour the exchange of students but also the exchange of professors and researchers.
Exchanges for training and teaching with the areas of EUTINN are also proposed.
