Students from the Civil Engineering Faculty of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, member of EUt+, won the 1st prize at the the 19th Annual Undergraduate Seismic Design Competition, held in Salt Lake City, USA

We are very proud to announce students from the Civil Engineering Faculty of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, member of our European University of Technology (EUt+) , won the first prize at the the 19th Annual Undergraduate Seismic Design Competition, held in Salt Lake City, in the USA. They competed with renowened universities : the University of Berkeley, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the New York University, the University of Toronto and many others pretigious universities !

These ambitious students bear the name of the Technical University of Club-Napoca and so the name of the European University of Technology, and obtained the first place in the Salt Lake City competition. The Annual Undergraduation Seismic Design Competition is a prestigious competition in the field of seismic engineering.

Under the guidance of dedicated metors : Dr. Ovidiu PRODAN, Dr. Bianca MARTON, Dr. Arch. Paul MOLDOVAN, Gabriela PETRUT, Andreea MANEA and Teodora COCARI . The team of students was made of : Larisa POPA, Andrei MURESAN, Sabina NITULESCU, Irina STOIAN, Bianca GLIGA, Daniel GIURGIU, Ioana POPESCU, Mădălin CAZACU, Tudor LOMICOVSCHI and Attila SZASZ. We want to congratulate the team for their beautiful performance, great work and perseverance !
